📋 Daily field workflow

1. Open the Stealth Report app on your phone/tablet
2. Enter the Project / Job # first (from the work order)
3. Fill in client name, address, scope
4. Take photos as you complete the work (📷 Take Photo)
5. Add a description under each photo
6. Note completed vs. remaining scope
7. Sign at the bottom (Technician), have the client sign too if on-site
8. Tap 📧 Email Report — your email opens with the PDF attached and management's email pre-filled. Tap Send.

⚙️ First-time setup (each tech does this once)

1. Open ⚙️ Settings
2. Enter your name (will auto-fill "Prepared By")
3. Enter the management email address (ask your supervisor)
4. Save

📱 Adding photos on phone/tablet

Tap 📷 Take Photo on any photo slot to open the camera, or 🖼️ Choose Photo to pick from your camera roll. Photos are auto-resized to keep the file small.

💾 Auto-save & Drafts

This form auto-saves to your device as you work. If your phone dies or you close the app, your work is restored. Use 📁 Drafts to save and switch between multiple jobs in progress.

📲 Install as an app

iPhone/iPad (Safari): Tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen". The form opens like a native app, works offline, and gets its own icon.

Android (Chrome): Tap the green 📲 Install App button when it appears, or use the menu → "Install app".

Desktop (Chrome/Edge): Click the install icon in the address bar, or use the green Install button.

📄 Adding photos to a saved PDF (workaround)

The "Save PDF" file has tappable text/signature fields, but PDFs can't have native "tap to add photo" fields. Workarounds:

• iPad/iPhone: open PDF in Files or Books → markup pencil → + → Insert from Photo Library
• Adobe Acrobat: Tools → Comment → Add Stamp → Custom Stamp → choose photo
• Easier: add photos in the form first, then export — they get baked in
